With a background in industrial design and design thinking, I use design thinking as a method to understand and analyze problems and also as an approach to creatively solving them. In the projects I participated in, I've experienced designing for to C, to B services and solutions. The cultural background of users and clients ranges from Chinese, English, and Arabic-speaking countries. Despite the difference in scenarios and needs, finding the best solution for end users by design with consideration of requirements from all stakeholders is always the goal.
